Welcome to the Indigenous Trailblazers Summit website. By registering and attending our event you agree to the following event policies:
Indigenous Trailblazers Event Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that Indigenous Trailblazers cancels an event, registered guests will receive a full refund, minus a 5% administrative fee and any applicable service fees.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be automatically processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation announcement.

Notification: Guests will be notified via email with details regarding the cancellation and refund process.

No Further Compensation: Indigenous Trailblazers is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

Indigenous Trailblazers Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests while maintaining the integrity of our event planning process. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Cancellation Deadline: Guests must submit cancellation requests at least 30 days prior to the event date to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy: Approved refunds will be issued excluding a 5% administrative fee and any applicable service fees.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event and no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Indigenous Trailblazers Event Alcohol Policy
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, Indigenous Trailblazers adheres to the following alcohol consumption policy for events held on-premises:

Legal Drinking Age: Guests must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol, in accordance with Alberta’s liquor laws. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests who wish to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

Responsible Consumption: Attendees are expected to drink responsibly. Excessive consumption, intoxication, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Licensed Service: All alcohol will be served by certified bartenders in accordance with Alberta’s liquor licensing regulations. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Designated Drivers & Safe Transportation: We encourage guests to arrange safe transportation options if consuming alcohol. Indigenous Trailblazers supports responsible drinking and may provide information on local transportation services.

Right to Refuse Service: Event staff and licensed servers reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at their discretion.
